| Recruitment
- In Nalapad Falcon , we pay great emphasis to
recruitment. The recruitment for various ranks are selected after physical
test, a general knowledge test and and interview. |

| Training
- It is mandatory for all security personnel to undergo a basic
training course which imparts the necessary skills to perform duties in
addition to the lessons on basic guarding skills. They are taught the
rudiments of basics of industrial and commercial security, documentation,
publications, communication, first aid and the Fire Fighting. They are
also put on an ON JOB TRAINING (O.J.T ) at our own establishments for a
week. An excellent syllabus and follow up training ensures standardization
among the entire force. |
